About
Crystal graduated from James Madison University and went on to graduate studies in behavior analysis at Nova Southeastern University. She is passionate about developing programs that promote clinical quality through strong systems and well supported clinical teams.
Crystal joined MPAC as clinical director for the Department of Education (DOE) Program. In this role Crystal oversees behavioral health services for students in the public school system and develops the clinical teams that deliver those services. She interfaces with Department of Education leadership to collaboratively work towards sustainable improvements in the public school systems.

Advice for someone starting in the field:
Get comfortable with being uncomfortable. The best way to learn new things is to step out of your comfort zone, practice what you are learning, and to seek feedback from trusted colleagues and supervisors.
