RBT’s are the professionals who spend the most time directly working with children. As an RBT you will work one on one with a child with developmental challenges. You will be responsible to help teach and support them as they learn the many developmental milestones children need to be happy and healthy kids.
Malama Pono Autism Center provides a variety of clinical programs offering BCBAs of all levels of experience opportunities to learn and develop their skills. This includes a strong focus on applying behavior analysis across diverse and new populations, working collaboratively with other disciplines, and developing the interpersonal skills to offer dynamic supervision, training and leadership to others.
Speech and Language Pathologist’s (SLP’s) are an important part of the treatment team at Malama Pono Autism Center. All children diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder have communication deficits. SLP’s play a vital role in addressing the language and communication needs of children with autism.
