Darcel was born in Landstuhl, Germany but has spent most her life in Hawai’i and calls it home. She studied Family and Child Services and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services. A lifelong learner, she is currently completing graduate work in organizational psychology.

Darcel is a talented administrator of both organizational and employee centered initiatives. She brings exceptional strategic thinking to the Human Services field and works to execute programs, policy and organizational change that ultimately services the children and families of Hawai’i. As Director of Human Resources she helps Malama Pono Autism Center remain oriented to the values and mission that make it a great organization.
