In his role as Director of Culture and Staff Development Al is committed to making Malama Pono one of the best places to work in Hawai’i. For some people working with autism is a career, for others it is but only one stop on a journey to other places. Regardless, Al works to develop the talent, passion, and confidence of all MPAC employees so they can be their very best and go on to change the world.
