We believe that quality services for our children begins with quality staff and clinicians. Interested applicants should have high energy, enjoy working with children, and have a flexible schedule.  We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA & BCaBA)

Our BCBA’s work in a clinic based environment where they can receive ongoing supervision as well as develop their own supervision skills managing a team of clinicians. They enjoy the fun and supportive environment of like-minded peers.  This can be challenging work and doing it alone isn’t easy.

With the rise in autism awareness and higher demand for BCBA’s many people are flocking to this field.  That is great for the children and families impacted by autism, but not so great for BCBAs.

Many BCBA’s find themselves working independently or without quality supervision and training.  Additionally some BCBA’s are either underpaid or forced to work independently and wrestle with the financial instability of being self-employed.

Are you a BCBA? Looking for something different? We'd love to meet you, give you a tour of our facilities, and tell you why we're so passionate about this work.

We offer very competitive pay along with benefits and paid time off.  If you’d like more information about taking a step forward in your career we’d love to talk to you.  Email mbrink@mpacfamily.com or call 808-625-3000
